Yes! This too Shall Pass


              After observing many happy people who always smile whatever tragedy happened in their lives I could arrive at certain points that can keep oneself happy or with much precision if we say, to be at peace with oneself. You may be broken inside now when you read this. You might be thinking what you must do to erase someone or something from your memory and be back to normal mental state. Right? Following are the strategies one can adopt in life to be at peace whatever challenging situations you are going through.

  • Keep yourself busy with learning something new that satiates your passion or interests.
  • Learn a new language.
  • Enjoy your loneliness if you feel alone. Travel, eat, drink and be merry.
  • Music therapy works well. But go for fast numbers and not melodies as melodies may arouse your emotions.
  • Talk to friends who can understand you.
  • Read blogs, books, pray, watch reels.
  • Negative thoughts will definitely knock at you door but let them visit and leave.
  • Eat well, sleep well relax, take deep breathe and meditate.
  • Watch motivational videos or read books of personalities like Steve Jobs, Sadhguru, Paulo Coelho and so on. You have plenty of them.
  • Pray to God and be hopeful. This too will pass.
